The birthday tutu

So the babies' 1st birthday is at the end of the month and no birthday girl is complete without a tutu. SO I dug out my tulle and elastic and concocted this for my princess.

I think she likes it. She can still crawl around and get into trouble with her brother, so what more could a girl ask for? Of course, in my head, I'm picturing her toddling around in it, but since we've had no steps yet, I don't think this will happen. But she'll still be cute :)
